Chee Seng Ng

Chee Seng Ng joined Vulpes in 2019 after fund-accounting work at Citco and a controller position at Alphadyne, now Astignes Capital Asia. He studied Banking and Finance at the University of London. The current own directory calls him Chief Operations Officer; both MAS and the March 30, 2026 SEC filing identify him as Singapore Chief Executive Officer, and SEC also identifies Chief Compliance Officer. These jurisdiction-specific regulatory titles are distinguished from the UK CEO.
