Charles Wu is a senior partner at WI Harper, which he joined in2015 after executive and investment leadership at IBM. His earlier roles included vice president and managing director, founding management of the IBM China Investment Fund, and leadership in software and e-business. He studied finance at the University of Houston and completed executive education in venture capital, private equity and joint ventures.
