Charles (Chip) Sherwood JD is PureTech’s chief operating officer and general counsel, overseeing strategy, operations, governance and compliance. He joined in August 2021 after leading corporate legal work at Anika Therapeutics. He earned degrees at Middlebury and Vanderbilt and is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
