Charles Bancroft

Charles Bancroft is GSK’s Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, having joined its board in May 2020. He retired from Bristol Myers Squibb in 2020 after a career spanning financial, commercial, integration and strategy leadership, including serving as chief financial officer.
