Caroline Quay

Caroline Quay is a Cerevance board director and managing partner of MQB Partners, a New Zealand biotechnology investor. Her healthcare investment experience includes medical devices, digital health, drug and biologic development, and diagnostics. She was Global General Counsel at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare and a founding executive of Aroa Biosurgery, which listed on the ASX in2020. She began her career in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture-investment law. She holds honours law and commerce degrees from the University of Auckland, received the EY/NZ Asian Leaders Scholarship for the University of Virginia Darden programme in2015, and was awarded the SBCWarburg finance scholarship.
