Carlos de la Cruz Molina is Industrial engineer from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid with an international MBA and venture-capital training. Began in1987 at LCOE and worked as a project engineer at CLH before joining CDTI in1990. Held technology evaluation and departmental leadership posts; the current directory heading states Technology and Internationalisation, while its older biography retains the earlier Technical Evaluation title.
