Brian R. Smith
Brian R. Smith founded S3 Ventures and leads the firm as Managing Director. He previously founded and led Crossroads Systems through its 1999 IPO and worked in electrical engineering at IBM. His current portfolio work includes medical devices, enterprise software and AI-related companies. He studied electrical engineering at Cincinnati and Purdue. The existing RapidPulse board identity is the same person, independently corroborated by that issuer’s own biography.
