Bill Gurtin, also named William Gurtin in SEC filings, co-founded Gurtin Ventures in 2017. He previously founded Gurtin Municipal Bond Management after a career at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. The municipal-bond firm was sold to PIMCO; its historical assets under management are separate from Gurtin Ventures.
