Bijan founded and exited InCa, a FGPA Prototyping company seeded by Oxford Technology back in the 1980s. He then spent two decades with Synopsys, helping grow it from 300 to 13,000 employees. Bijan missed working with start-ups, however, and now consults our companies on the US market. He is also currently the CEO of Mach42.
