Benjamin joined Novo Holdings A/S in August 2025 as a Principal in Capital Investments, to source and execute private equity investments. Prior to joining Novo Holdings, Benjamin spent 10 years at Ardian in London focusing on European buyouts as a majority and active shareholder. Prior to this he was with the Leveraged Finance & Sponsors team at Credit Suisse. Benjamin holds an MSc in Engineering from Imperial College London and an MSc Grande Ecole from ESCP in Paris.
