Bart Candaele is identified as head of VLAIO Netwerk in an agency-signed June2024 protocol and the agency’s2023 recruitment publication. Own March2026 reporting confirms his continuing VLAIO network affiliation. He previously served as acting administrator general from August2018 before Mark Andries’s appointment. The precise department-head title is sourced to the dated official documents, without a guessed2026 appointment.
