As CIO, he is responsible for leading Aramark’s agenda to drive technology-enabled experiences to fuel profitable growth. Baker joined Aramark as Chief Technology Officer in 2018. Here, he focused on reimagining traditional customer experiences and migrating to a B2B2C approach in the marketplace to enable innovation. Before joining Aramark, Baker held numerous positions for Accenture in New York City that included Managing Director across Financial Services, Natural Resources, Healthcare, Retail, Transportation, Travel and Hospitality. He has worked with Royal Caribbean Cruises Limited in Miami; Independence Blue Cross in Philadelphia; Best Buy and UnitedHealth Group, both in Minneapolis; GE Consumer Finance, GE Structured Finance Group, and GE Card Services, all in Connecticut; AMP (Australia Mutual) in Sydney; National Australia Bank in Melbourne; and Bank of America in Charlotte. He earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Louisiana State University. He has served as a Board Member of The Financial Clinic since 2014.
