Andrew Dreyfus

Has been an Alto director since October 2023 and president and CEO of the NIHCM Foundation since October 2025. Previously led Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and served on Ironwood’s board. His experience spans health insurance, healthcare leadership and nonprofit governance.
