Álvaro joined People & Organisation in 2024 as a Rewards Manager. In his role, he works on initiatives related to the governance of our reward frameworks, in line with our business principles and strategy. Before joining Novo Holdings, he was working as Manager, Performance & Rewards Partner in Pandora A/S. He has also built previous rewards experience in tech and security companies. Álvaro is a Spanish national and holds a MChem in Chemistry and Materials Chemistry from the University of Edinburgh.
