Alina Fesenko
Leads Aldea's data infrastructure, analytics, and portfolio intelligence. Alina oversees the design and development of Aldea's data and analytics platform, supporting investment decision-making, portfolio monitoring, and fund-level reporting across the firm. Her work sits at the intersection of venture capital, data engineering, and financial modeling, enabling a more systematic and insight-driven investment process. Her background combines academic research in venture capital with hands-on experience building data pipelines, analytical frameworks, and performance models for alternative investment strategies. At Aldea, she works closely with the investment team to translate qualitative conviction into structured analysis across managers, companies, and portfolios. In parallel with her work at Aldea, Alina teaches Venture Capital at ESADE and Business Analytics at the University of Barcelona, reflecting her strong grounding in both theory and applied practice.
