Alda Leu Dennis is a managing member of Hawktail Management LLC, named in its March31,2026 FormADV with April2024 status (month only), and a venture-capital investor at Hawktail in her current CAIS trustee biography. She began as a financial analyst at The Walt Disney Company, then practiced litigation at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and served as in-house counsel at Clarium Capital and Founders Fund. She subsequently moved to investing as managing director of137 Ventures and then a general partner at Initialized Capital. The school’s own biography identifies Stanford degrees in economics and political science and a JD from UCLA. Her current Hawktail affiliation does not convert historical Initialized work into current employment. Modulo Bio’s November2024 SEC filing explicitly names Alda Leu Dennis a director; a June2023 issuer release separately quoted her as Initialized’s then-general partner. Those dated affiliations do not imply an individual personal check.
