Alan Au
Alan Au is founder and managing partner of GT Healthcare Capital Partners, an Asia-based cross-border healthcare investment partnership. His published career includes healthcare investment banking at Deutsche Bank in2011–2012, JAFCO Asia in2008–2010, Morningside in2000–2005 and earlier KPMG financial-advisory work. The manager describes prior Simcere advisory work and Nepstar board service in2013–2016; these are historical affiliations. He studied psychology at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and management at Columbia Business School, and the manager reports US CPA and CFA credentials. Boundless Bio’s SEC-filed investor agreement identifies him as general partner signing for two separately named GT Nextgen funds. The authentic portrait is supplied by Moon Surgical’s current name-bound board-observer card. He is distinct from the HKMA banking-conduct executive of the same name.
