Adam Messinger is a strategic limited partner at Four Rivers Group. He was Twitter’s chief technology officer from 2013 to 2016, after earlier platform and application development leadership roles there, and previously led development at Oracle. He studied physics and computer science at Willamette and management at Stanford.
