  • Volution SBI Venture Fund II—

    Second dedicated Volution venture fund, co-managed with SBI Investment Co., backing established fintech, AI and SaaS businesses addressing productivity challenges in capital markets and enterprises. The manager acknowledged a first close on 4 February 2025 without disclosing the amount raised. A formal launch on 28 April 2025 and transaction counsel on 29 April describe a USD100 million fund already deploying capital. USD100 million is retained as announced fund size, while the exact first-close amount and a final-close claim remain unconfirmed.
