Venus Concept Inc. is a Toronto-headquartered medical aesthetic technology company that markets itself as Venus Aesthetic Intelligence or Venus AI at venus.ai. This brand is the same issuer as Venus Concept, and is unrelated to Venus Aerospace. Its Delaware legal predecessor was incorporated as Restoration Robotics in 2002; the company adopted the Venus Concept name after its November 2019 merger with the operating Venus Concept Ltd. business. Its relevance to AI and deep technology comes from medical robotics, machine vision, AI algorithms and energy-based aesthetic devices.
