Vaccine Company

Vaccine Company develops next-generation vaccines using In Vivo Nanoparticle technologies that combine mRNA and virus-like-particle approaches to display multiple antigens and seek durable immune responses while reducing manufacturing complexity. Its lead five-antigen Epstein-Barr virus vaccine was ready for Phase 1 development when the company announced its sale to Eli Lilly in May 2026; preventing EBV could also reduce associated long-term neurological and oncological disease. Founded in 2022 by ARCH Venture Partners, with Luma Group joining as a co-founding investor, the company is now included in Lilly’s subsidiary portfolio. It also received an ARPA-H research award for flavivirus vaccines.
