Its proprietary cell-free enzymatic platform makes optimised linear DNA and pure synthetic oDNA for mRNA vaccines and therapeutics, cell therapies, gene editing, and viral and non-viral gene therapies. It supplies biotechnology customers with customised DNA, process development and GMP manufacturing services, reducing reliance on bacterial plasmid fermentation. Founded in 2021 by Columbus Venture Partners, Syngoi was acquired by Artis BioSolutions in 2026 and operates under the unified Artis brand from July 2026. Its Spanish operations form part of Artis’s integrated synthetic DNA and advanced-therapy manufacturing platform.
