SocialFare

SocialFare Impresa Sociale S.r.l. is an Italian social innovation enterprise and certified incubator established in 2013, legal tax identifier IT10959210013 and Turin REA1175926. It combines systemic design, applied research, sustainability and impact analysis with startup acceleration, social economy programs and public-private partnerships. Its Planet Foundamentals program supports businesses with intentional social and environmental impact, including healthcare, AI clinical decision support and mental-health technologies. Its acceleration services and community programs are distinct from the actual investment activity of SocialFare Seed S.r.l., a separate corporate investment vehicle formed in 2017 and partly owned by SocialFare. Acceleration alone is not evidence of an equity investment. The current directory names Marco Cornetto as CEO and Laura Orestano as president; the published 2025 governance report additionally names Giovanni Ravina as delegated director and five board/control appointments. Earlier 2025–2026 announcements used different executive titles, so the current directory and dated statutory roster are retained in their respective scopes. Statutory share capital is not an external LP fund close.
