Founded by software operators, it backs founders from the earliest stages and provides practical support in enterprise sales, marketing, pricing, hiring, go-to-market execution and fundraising. Its concentrated portfolio includes AI identity-verification platform Didit, AI risk and credit decision software Sinky, agentic debt-recovery platform HiSofi, legal software Jusfy and enterprise governance company Atlas Governance. The firm began in2019 with an angel fund and has since built successive institutional vehicles for software founders serving Latin American and global markets.

    Third early-stage venture fund backing Latin American B2B software and AI-native companies. The issuer confirms that it closed at US$30 million, three times the size of its preceding fund. Spectra Investments and Evertec via Torq are named as its first institutional investors alongside founder and operator LPs. This is closed fund capital, not a US$7 million LP ticket, portfolio ARR, assets across funds or a fundraising target.
