Neurotechnology medical-device company founded in July 2023, with operations in the United States and Japan, developing a middleware platform that integrates symptom-specific hardware and software for brain-machine interfaces. Its first focus is restoring swallowing function in people with dysphagia, including after stroke. It is developing the implantable Swallow Autopilot device and a thin-film, multi-point electrode device for continuous swallowing assessment. Its research includes neural decoding and implantable neuromodulation with university partners. Both devices remain under development and have not received medical-device approval or clearance. Its Japanese operation is Ruten Japan G.K.
