ReEmerge
Edina, Minnesota, United States
ReEmerge, Inc. is an Edina, Minnesota medical-technology company developing Cognitive Network Restoration Therapy (CNRT) for persistent cognitive impairment after traumatic brain injury. Its deep-brain-stimulation approach targets the central thalamus and underperforming neural circuits involved in attention and executive function. The company licenses foundational intellectual property developed through research at Weill Cornell Medicine, with scientific collaborators at Stanford and the University of Utah. CNRT is investigational and has no commercial approval. ReEmerge’s current website names four executive leaders and four scientific co-founders: Nicholas Schiff, Jaimie Henderson, Jonathan Baker and Christopher Butson. It announced a closed USD37 million Series A on September15,2026, co-led by U.S. Venture Partners and Santé, with Oxford Science Enterprises, 415 Capital, IAG Capital Partners, The Vertical Group and Dendrion Ventures participating. Proceeds support a multicenter traumatic-brain-injury clinical study, technology development and clinical and regulatory operations. The company’s founding year and earlier cash-financing history remain unverified; university translational support and licensing are not presumed company equity investments. It is distinct from the Maryland career-coaching business ReEmerge, LLC.
