RIME Therapeutics is a Montreal biotechnology company developing an AI-assisted drug-discovery platform. Its function-first Disruptide platform uses AI-designed peptide probes to screen intracellular protein pockets in primary human cells. The approach links changes in disease-relevant cell biology to specific targets while generating binding and structure-activity data to guide subsequent drug chemistry. RIME combines human genetics, perturbation biology and machine learning to identify potential new therapeutic programs, initially including inflammation and immunology.
