QurieGen develops single-cell multi-omics technology and AI models that help pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies understand disease mechanisms and predict how cells respond to drugs. Its QuRIE-seq platform measures RNA and multiple protein signals within the same cell over time, generating experimental data for AI Virtual Cell models. The Radboud University spin-off combines laboratory experiments with computational modelling to identify targets, explain drug responses and reduce uncertainty in drug discovery.
