Prenosis Prenosis is a Chicago healthcare technology company developing biology-based AI tools for precision medicine in acute care. Its Immunix platform combines biological specimens, biomarkers and longitudinal hospital-record data to develop and deploy diagnostic and treatment-selection tools. Its Sepsis ImmunoScore software uses up to 22 electronic-health-record inputs to assess a suspected-sepsis patient’s risk of having or developing sepsis within 24 hours. The FDA granted Class II De Novo marketing authorization on April 2, 2024; the software supports clinical and laboratory assessment and must not be the sole basis of a sepsis decision. Prenosis integrates the tool into hospital records and has a Roche Diagnostics commercial-distribution collaboration. Other precision-therapy applications and corticosteroid-response companion-diagnostic studies remain development and research programs, rather than separately authorized treatments.

Following identity clarification supersedes the CFO surname-ambiguity clause in the earlier coverage Note: current Angela Thomas and the issuer popup’s Angela McFarland are supported as one person by her exact retained self-profile URL and matching company/education records. No title, existing owner, portrait or outside affiliation is changed. Mark Wagner remains a held adviser-identity gap: Pharaoh Neuro explicitly links its founder to https://www.linkedin.com/in/mark-wagner-bab48756/ , and that self-profile shares USC education and medtech-board context with the Prenosis biography, but a direct shared personal URL or the full Celleration/ProVation/Survivalink career bridge has not been recovered across both primary company identities. Existing MarkWagner and Pharaoh Role19314 remain unchanged; no speculative adviser reuse or duplicate is proposed. Published roster coverage remains qualified rather than fully complete. Coverage and identity limits: all current named management, directors, clinical/scientific advisers and other advisers recovered from the issuer directory are represented except Mark Wagner, whose existing Pharaoh Neuro identity needs a positive primary bridge before reuse or creation. Nam Nguyen is a qualified separate identity because the existing DeepWork Capital investor is not bridged to the clinical-informatics biography. The current CFO card names Angela Thomas while its associated shared popup names Angela McFarland; no surname merge or McFarland career transfer is asserted. Brian Bray, Robin Carver, William Harty and Jim Sianis occur in shared popup biographies rather than the current management cards, so their tenure is explicitly unverified. Jim Zhao has only an external Foxconn R&D caption, which establishes neither Prenosis employment nor an office. Maria Siambekos is published under other advisers and her own biography labels her board observer, so the concurrent capacities are combined. Shared external-employer captions for directors/advisers are not imported as Prenosis job titles. Unrelated pharmacy/spam footer links are excluded. Direct company fetches encountered SiteGround captcha; indexed issuer pages and independently hosted FDA evidence are retained. The January 29, 2026 announcement combines a completed $20 million private Series A with a separate $20 million BARDA contract (75A50125C00016) supporting precision-medicine studies. The $40 million combined headline is not an equity-round amount. No payment-received claim, contract-derived equity participation or inferred fund ticket is recorded. The contract supports research including an approximately 800-patient corticosteroid companion-diagnostic trial; this is not marketing authorization for that investigational use.
