PorTal Access, Inc. develops and commercialises implantable vascular-access devices for chemotherapy and other long-term infusion therapies. Its FLEXI-PORT system combines a flexible silicone housing, directional stabilisation wings and an integrated forceps-engagement tab to support placement through a small incision with limited dissection. The power-injectable port is offered in 5Fr and 6Fr configurations for arm or chest placement and supports repeated vascular access for medication, fluids, nutrition, blood sampling and contrast injection. The FDA issued a Class II 510(k) substantial-equivalence clearance for FLEXI-PORT on June 17, 2026; its current website says the device is available in the United States. Kidron Capital backs the company and describes its relevance to the vascular-access needs of women receiving chemotherapy. The device company is distinct from Portal Biotech, Portal Space Systems and generic Portal software companies.
