OculAudio Corti AS is a Norwegian hearing-technology development company working on a smart eyeglass accessory for cochlear implant users. In March 2023 it announced a research and development collaboration with Cochlear Limited to evaluate compatibility between OculAudio’s multiple-microphone beamforming technology and Cochlear’s sound processors, aiming to improve listening in noisy environments. The development program was jointly financed and Cochlear made its first investment in the company. Incorporated in January 2023, OculAudio Corti AS is a separate legal company from OculAudio AS, which develops the broader OculAudio hearing-assistance platform.
