Jerusalem, Israel · Lewes, Delaware, United States (published US office)
Neteera Technologies Ltd. is an Israeli medical-technology company developing contactless, radar-based remote patient monitoring. Its sub-terahertz micro-radar detects small bodily movements without cameras, microphones, wearables or attached skin sensors. The platform combines measured vital signs with AI-powered insights, baseline analytics and alerts for clinical care teams, including hospitals, nursing facilities and home monitoring. This is AI-enabled medical sensing and semiconductor deep technology; a brain-interface or standalone neurological diagnosis is not asserted. The FDA cleared its Class II 130H-Plus vital-sign monitoring sensor on February9,2024 under K231733 for spot and continuous heart-rate/respiration-rate measurement in adult patients and bed-exit information. The company reports European ClassIIa CE MDR certification in March2025. Clearance applies to the named device and intended use, not unrestricted approval of every analytics claim. Isaac Litman is founder and CEO. Its public directory names eleven executives/operators, four additional directors and two external advisers; fractional and advisory roles are qualified. Verified financing includes a March2020 Series A investment with unpublished amount/day, approximately USD13 million Series B closed April25,2023 and approximately USD6.7 million additional Series B extension closed October31,2023. The later USD19.7 million cumulative Series B figure is their combined total and is not another raise. Earlier secondary-only funding amounts conflict and are retained as research gaps. Historical Aescuvest platform checks are distinct from ACP Healthtech’s later manager portfolio association, which does not prove an additional priced round.
