Molecular Glue Labs is a UK biotechnology company developing AI infrastructure to discover and design molecular glues: small molecules that change protein-protein interactions and reprogram cellular protein networks. Its research combines computational biology with wet-lab experiments to pursue therapeutic approaches for disease targets that conventional drug discovery has difficulty addressing. Incorporated as Molecular Glue Labs Ltd in February 2024, it began operations in early 2025.
