MedEye MedEye, the public brand of Dutch-Icelandic Mint Solutions Holding B.V., develops medication-safety hardware and software for hospitals and care institutions. Its system combines visual recognition, specialised AI and links to electronic prescribing and patient records to verify the actual medicines being prepared or administered, including tablet counts, partial doses and permitted substitutions. It supports preparation in advance and verification at the bedside, then records the administration in the hospital information system. The platform is designed to reduce medication errors and manual checking while fitting existing nursing and pharmacy workflows. MedEye has deployed its technology in Dutch and Belgian hospitals and care settings and is expanding in Europe; its current product suite supports nurses, patients and clinicians.

Reviewed 8 October 2026. MedEye is the public brand of the business financed as Mint Solutions Holding B.V. in the original 2014 issuer release and 2024 ECFG release. This record groups the publicly documented business. The exact current directors and any separate Icelandic operating entity remain unverified; no subsidiary stubs are created.
The founding year is omitted because the legacy founder biography and company LinkedIn narrative say 2009, while the current about page says around 2010 and LinkedIn’s structured field says 2010. The current medeye.com/team route redirects to the about page and provides no full current roster. All 13 named people in the legacy Dutch directory are included with current tenure explicitly unverified. The two board appointments from July 2014 are separately qualified as historical. This is not a claim of complete current staff headcount or exhaustive historical governance. Customer hospital testimonials and automatically attributed LinkedIn employee cards are not company employment proof. Sk Anwar has no verified identity or title. The company LinkedIn employee display calls the founder Gauti Þór Reynisson; middle-name expansion remains held without additional self-profile proof. Anne Portwich’s existing EQT identity is positively bridged through her LSP career, and her biography, photo and outside affiliations are preserved.
The original 2014 Series A release states EUR 4.425 million in the body, versus a rounded EUR 4.4 million headline. The 2016 follow-on round raised EUR 5 million, with no verified Series B label. The 2024 release has an explicit 8 July dateline and a 7 July CMS header. The record uses the original release milestone of 8 July and preserves both dates. ECFG acquired a minority stake through its existing Ventures III fund, CGZJAXY1BZBS2TN58BCSK3YP2AKFG895. The ticket and lead status are unpublished. The actual participation belongs to manager 11007, with the source-proven fund allocation retained here; no extra fund or round is created.
Historical investor LSP is represented by the existing EQT Life Sciences platform, 9731, whose own biography confirms the 2022 continuity. This does not imply a new EQT AB cheque in 2014 or 2016. BOM Capital’s original 2016 participation is represented by the existing full BOM platform, 10892. Existing Seventure Partners, 4692, is a verified historical counterparty with a sparse manager profile, so full enrichment remains queued. NSA Ventures also participated in 2016, but its exact manager identity and full profile are queued before any participation record. Anonymous private Icelandic investors are not created. No prior investor is assumed to have participated in the 2024 financing.
The product is described as deployed medication-verification hardware and AI workflow software. No FDA approval, universal error-prevention guarantee or investigational therapy status is inferred. Generic website template phrases are excluded from the company description. SHOW MORE
