MSP Corp is a Canadian managed IT services provider that operates a national network of regional service teams and acquires independent managed service providers. It remotely manages IT infrastructure, cloud environments and cybersecurity for small and midsize businesses, with services including end-user support, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery, data governance and Microsoft cloud integration. Its managed AI services help organizations deploy Microsoft Copilot, build secure AI agents and retrieval-based systems, automate workflows, and manage AI governance, adoption and operating costs. The current group combines the MSP Corp platform and Groupe Access following their 2023 merger. Niobrara Capital announced its acquisition of the business in September 2026 for undisclosed terms.
