Its website explicitly distinguishes teora body and teora platform as products without that medical-device certification. No FDA authorisation, drug approval or DiGA reimbursement is established by the reviewed sources. The appointed provisional insolvency administrator’s own August2026 press page confirms the company filed for insolvency in Heidelberg; a later reported opening date requires direct court confirmation. The company announced a completed seven-figure seed capital increase on July11,2022 involving the Companisto investor network and individual business angels Ina Schlie and Dorit Posdorf. The platform reports two closed campaigns with EUR1,491,950 in 2022 and EUR739,132 in 2024; these are exclusively network participation amounts, not verified complete issuer-round totals.
