Kyto-Prod is a Tunisian biotechnology company developing chitosan-based products from biomass. Founded by biotechnology researcher Olfa Kilani and based in Akouda, Sousse, it develops applications for agriculture, cosmetics, food preservation, water treatment and related fields. Its research includes enzymatic modification of chitosan, and its business processes biomass into ingredients and finished products.
