Korsana Biosciences develops precision-engineered antibody therapies for neurodegenerative diseases. Its Therapeutic Targeting (THETA) platform, developed with Paragon Therapeutics, combines transferrin-receptor and Fc engineering to transport medicines across the blood-brain barrier. Lead investigational candidate KRSA-028 is a shuttled anti-amyloid-beta antibody designed for Alzheimer’s disease, with initial clinical data planned for 2027. Korsana completed its merger with Cyclerion Therapeutics in September 2026 and now operates as the public company under the Korsana name.
