Its size includes KRW60 billion from South Korea’s Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The separate Nexon Partners commitment of up to KRW130 billion for direct follow-on investments over five years is outside this fund. The combined KRW250 billion investment program is therefore not FundVII’s size. Announcement date is confirmed by the issuer; exact legal formation or closing day is not asserted.
