Koios Care is a Belgian digital health company developing Parkiwatch to help people with Parkinson’s understand everyday changes in their condition. Its software collects passive data from ordinary smartphones and smartwatches and converts movement, rest and other sensor signals into digital measures of gait, tremor, sleep, activity and quality of life. Patients control whether to share their data with care teams. The company also provides dashboards and real-world measures for clinicians and neuroscience research. Koios describes its current offering as a wellness solution rather than a medical device; it does not diagnose or treat disease.
