MRI-first brain foundation-model company. Collects large-scale task-based fMRI from healthy volunteers (Cephalonauts One) to train transformer models of brain dynamics for diagnostics, biomarkers, and future BCIs. Founded by Alexis Thual, Charles Maussion, and Bertrand Thirion. Less similar to wearable EEG semantic decoding: this is scanner-based fMRI foundation modeling, not portable EEG.
