Its technology originated at the University of Iowa and analyzes movement in video recorded on a smartphone, tablet or camera to generate ergonomic risk assessments and help safety teams identify musculoskeletal injury risks. The software combines motion analysis, reporting and organization-wide risk dashboards; its Vision System has a commercial integration partnership with Cority’s EHS software. Inseer Inc., previously named Injuryseer, was incorporated in Delaware in 2018. The current public leadership directory lists Woody Ritchey as CEO and director. SEC notices report two fully sold 2025 equity offerings of USD420,000 and USD500,000, alongside other offerings whose final closes are unverified. Iowa awarded a USD250,000 Innovation Acceleration Launch Fund loan in January2024 and a USD500,000 Propel Fund loan in September2025; those awards are separate from equity sales and do not establish full cash drawdown.
