Irvine, California biotechnology company developing cell-free, stem cell-derived biologics for age-related muscle loss, metabolic dysfunction and immune dysregulation. Its lead investigational product IMM01-STEM contains a mixture of regenerative and immunomodulatory factors secreted by partially differentiated stem cells, designed to influence multiple cellular signaling pathways without administering live cells. The company is testing the product in Phase II programs for older adults with sarcopenia and obesity-related muscle weakness. In 2026 it also licensed IMM02-KORA from Toray for dyskinesia associated with Parkinson’s disease, obtaining development and commercialization rights in the US, Canada, EU and EFTA and submitting an IND for Phase I development. Both programs remain investigational.
