Its ImandraX reasoning engine, CodeLogician and connectivity tools combine symbolic logic with generative AI to analyse program behaviour, prove properties and expose edge cases. Applications include financial-market infrastructure, AI-generated code, government, defence and autonomous systems. Co-founded by Denis Ignatovich and Grant Passmore, Imandra announced a $5 million seed financing in April 2019 co-led by AlbionVC, IQ Capital and LiveOak Venture Partners. Neurosymbolic AI describes its computing approach; this is not a neuroscience drug or brain-interface company.
