IP Lab Ventures is a Czech and Central European deep-tech venture platform that helps university and research teams commercialise intellectual property, establish spin-offs and develop their businesses. Its planned seed and early-stage fund focuses on AI applications, autonomous systems, robotics, biotechnology, cybersecurity, semiconductors and advanced manufacturing. Its partners also incubate companies in advanced materials, protein modelling, drug discovery, agricultural biotechnology and water treatment. IP Lab Ventures Fund I SCSp—
Planned Czech and Central European technology-transfer fund backing university and research spin-offs in AI applications and other advanced technologies. EIF announced an approximately EUR 27 million commitment on September 24, 2026; the fund targets more than EUR 50 million including private capital and approximately 40 projects. Neither figure is a confirmed total fund close. The manager’s current legal notice says that the fund is under development and has not completed its first closing. Existing incubated projects are not confirmed portfolio companies of this fund.
