Its platform detects policy violations across text, live voice, images, video, usernames, user reports and Discord, evaluates behavior over time, and automates policy-based actions such as warnings, mutes and bans. High-risk cases escalate to human reviewers, while a unified console provides incident review, policy controls and audit trails. GGWP also supplies community-health and sentiment analytics and managed human moderation. George Ng became CEO in September 2026, with co-founder Dennis Fong becoming Chairman. Makers Fund publishes GGWP as an active portfolio investment.
