    Delaware venture-capital vehicle formed in 2026, signed for by managing partner Michael P. Brotherton. Its May 5, 2026 Form D disclosed a $3 million offering fully sold to one investor, with first sale April 28. A separate new Form D on July 30, 2026 disclosed a $75,000 offering fully sold to two investors, with first sale June 29. Both filings are new offerings rather than amendments. Aggregate vehicle capital is left undisclosed because the filings do not establish whether their amounts overlap. They do not name underlying investments. The June 2025 D44 Ventures strategy launch has not been verified as this particular legal vehicle.
