Launched on 5 August 2026 with a EUR25m fundraising target, it plans to back eight to ten emerging U.S. venture funds investing in early-stage technology companies and acquire minority interests in three to four management companies. The strategy follows BOC Ventures Fund III. Its initial term is seven years, extendable by two one-year periods. The CNMV key information document identifies the legal vehicle as Blue Opal Capital USA Technology VC-A, S.C.R., S.A. A final closed amount has not been disclosed.

Spanish real estate investment fund managed by Gesalcalá (Creand Asset Management), advised by OM Live Real Estate, and launched on 18 February 2026 with a EUR25m fundraising target. It develops affordable rental housing, principally in the Madrid region, using OM Live’s proprietary Big Data and AI platform to identify and analyse projects. The expected investment horizon is five years. Its investments are housing developments; the AI platform supports project selection and management. A final fund close or actual subscribed total has not been disclosed.
