CortiCare
Dallas, Texas, United States
CortiCare, Inc. is a Dallas-based neuroscience services company providing continuous remote electroencephalogram monitoring, physician interpretation, ambulatory and at-home video EEG, and clinical-trial EEG services. Its Virtual EEG Department combines registered EEG technologists, neurophysiologists and cloud-based EEG infrastructure to support hospitals, health systems, neurology practices and research programs. The company’s clinical services cover intensive-care, neonatal and pediatric care, epilepsy-monitoring units and decentralized trials. Its own corporate profile dates its founding to 2009; current leadership is headed by David C. Roe. HCAP Partners announced an investment in May2019 supporting CortiCare’s acquisition of Physician Ancillary Services and expansion, with financing amount and instrument mix undisclosed. CortiCare’s own history states that 1315 Capital acquired the company in 2023; the investor confirms a 2023 first investment. This is an ownership relationship with undisclosed consideration, not a quantified new cash raise. Subsequent acquisitions included Arium EEG in 2024 and Integris Neuro in 2026. The current directory publishes twelve executive leaders and four board listings, representing fifteen unique people. CortiCare is distinct from Cortica, the autism-care company, and acquired clinical businesses are not merged into its identity without legal evidence.
