Cognigy develops enterprise software for AI agents that automate customer service over phone, chat and messaging. Its Cognigy.AI platform combines conversational and generative AI, grounded company knowledge, agent orchestration, voice connectivity, integrations with contact-centre and business systems, analytics, and assistance for human service agents. Enterprises use its low-code tools to design, operate and evaluate customer-facing AI workflows. Founded in 2016 in Düsseldorf, Cognigy was acquired by NiCE in September 2025 and now operates as NiCE Cognigy. Eurazeo Growth Fund IV’s 2024 investment is a historical, subsequently exited holding.
